LOSSES FOR GAINS.

So recently I stumbled upon this article on weight loss. Not that I have much weight to lose, but of course being the curious person I am, I had to try it.

Apparently an effective way of losing weight is by skipping supper. I know. Crazy, isn’t it? An alternative would be having your supper earlier, say around five hours before going to bed. There is no way on earth I’m skipping a meal (I love food too much), so I decided to eat earlier.

What happened of course, was that I ended up eating again later. Yes. I ate a second supper, did I mention that I love food?

Obviously this is not for me but if you’re down for suffering, then this plan is perfect for you. Try it!
